Partners with central banks and ministries of finance to build the monitoring systems regulators use to track financial innovation, liquidity, and systemic risk. Coordinates the G20 Data Gaps Initiative across 24 economies and major multilateral institutions on data for CBDCs, stablecoins, and cryptoassets. Technical lead on the IMF's Monetary and Financial Statistics Advisory Committee, the body that sets global data standards for the financial sector. Product owner of International Financial Statistics, the IMF's flagship global financial data product; designs and delivers training programs for senior policymakers globally.

Worked on sovereign debt and the private sector investment climate. Contributed to International Debt Statistics, the global reference for tracking external debt and fiscal vulnerability across low- and middle-income countries, and to the Doing Business Report, the institution's flagship evidence base on regulatory frameworks and the investment climate shaping private sector activity across economies.

External consultant to the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Developed curriculum and course materials for a self-paced competition economics program — part of the capacity-building effort supporting India's newly established antitrust regime.

Led economic analysis across merger control reviews, cartel investigations, and complex antitrust matters before the Competition Commission of India — translating quantitative evidence into submissions in precedent-setting cases, including India's first Google investigation, a defining moment for digital markets regulation in the country.

Advised the Government of India and multilateral institutions (WTO, UNESCAP, UNCTAD) on trade and regulatory policy, including tariff strategy, dispute settlement, and India's global trading system engagement.
